The Diamond Exchange money back guarantee gives you assurance and peace of mind. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase for any reason, The Diamond Exchange will provide you with an exchange or refund.
Our Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. You need only pay for return shipping and insurance costs.
Please note: diamonds eligible for return must be in their original purchased condition and include all product documentation.
Please allow approximately 10 working days for your refund to be processed.
In the unlikely event a package arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at 1300 413 425.
Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Diamond Exchange. Damaged must be reported immediately on receipt of your delivery.
Damaged or returned shipments - We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials and make sure they are fully insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles when returned.
The DCLA Laboratory will review the returned item. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than a DCLA affiliated), or damaged cannot be accepted for return.
Diamonds exchanged as part of our Diamond Upgrade Program may not be returned for credit.
They can be exchanged or sold. All Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return.
How to Prepare a Return or Exchange
Items with a value of more than $15,000, must be insured and returned with Failsafe.
We recommend contacting a Diamond Exchange Consultant for assistance and suggested methods for returning your purchase.
Shipping charges, including Special Handling and any other related costs, are non-refundable.
Return shipping is for your cost. Unless the Parcel was unopened and arrived damaged, please contact us prior to returning the items.
The Diamond Exchange will not reimburse you for unauthorised shipping expenses incurred.
All refunds are Bank wire refunds and are posted against the original account used to pay for your purchase.
Cancel or Change an Order
We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped.
