The DCLA Diamond Exchange and the DCLA laboratory have no ownership or interest in the diamonds for sale, yet we guarantee the quality of the diamonds listed. This means we take exceptional care in the quality of diamonds listed and the accuracy of the grades.
- Is it a conflict of inertest to grade and sell your own diamonds?

Most definitely, certifying your own diamonds may not be illegal but is a conflict of interest. The DCLA laboratory and the DCLA Diamond Exchange have no ownership in any diamonds what so ever, all the diamonds listed on the DCLA Diamond Exchange belong to Australian Diamond merchants.
- How do I buy a diamond from the DCLA Diamond Exchange?

There are two ways to purchase a diamond on the DCLA Diamond Exchange:
Buy Online - Search our online diamond listing and choose your diamond. For help with choosing a diamond, call us on 02 9264 9774 and one of our diamond professionals will be happy to assist and answer all your questions.
Buy In Person - Make an appointment to view diamonds you are interested in. A DCLA diamond professional will provide personal service to assist you in your diamond purchase.
- How can I be confident of the quality of the diamond?

All diamonds listed on the DCLA Diamond Exchange are accompanied by a diamond grading certificate from the Diamond Certification Laboratory of Australia (DCLA Laboratory).
The Diamond Certification Laboratory of Australia (DCLA) is the only laboratory worldwide to offer a full replacement Consumer Grading Guarantee. All diamonds are verified and checked against the diamond grading certificate before leaving the DCLA Diamond Exchange offices, and are cold laser inscribed with the DCLA Diamond Certificate number, in addition to a personal message should you request it.
- How much will I pay for shipping?

- What is the DCLA Diamond Exchange return policy?

The DCLA Diamond Exchange has a 14 day money back return policy. The diamond must be undamaged and unmounted when returned.
